Reading and Writing Plays + Scripts
Places everyone!
For this summer class, we will be reading and acting out excerpts from the play “Peter Pan”!
Get into character as we read through the swashbuckling action between Peter Pan and Captain Hook, or we play along with the antics of the Lost Boys.
We will also spend time writing scripts of our own and taking turns acting them out. Whether you come ready with popsicle stick puppets, paper masks or full on costumes, be ready to get into these different characters and have fun! Each participant’s skit will be acted out by the group and recorded during the last class. The recordings will be made available to each family.
Each class will incorporate students from 5th - 8th grade, and each class is limited to four students. Each class has a minimum enrollment of 3 students.
This class will be three days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, for two weeks. Each class will meet on Zoom for one hour.
This class will be $60.
Class times will be determined by the needs and availabilities of the students - we like to put families, and their busy schedules, first! Please submit your preferred class times before June 14th. Class times will be determined and posted no later than June 15th.
