The class.
During this class we will be creating and publishing our very own magazine! And you will be a major contributor!
Become a journalist and author!
First we need the content. What will you choose to create? A piece of flash fiction, a comedy sketch or an interesting interview with a family member?
What about a custom piece of poetry, your favorite recipe, or a crossword puzzle?
Grab your art supplies & cameras!
No magazine is complete without art work! What will you contribute to our magazine? A comic strip, how-to drawing instruction, or a piece of artwork for a poem you wrote?
Are you an aspiring photographer? Then grab your camera and snap some photos for a photography piece.
Our finished product.
The sky is the limit, and so are the possibilities for what this magazine can become!
On Saturday, out last day of class, the students will preview a complete and virtual layout of our entire magazine.
Then a real-life, professionally printed copy will be mailed to your home 2-3 weeks later. Additional copies can be purchased upon request.
